GUTENBERG

(1398 – 1468)

The uppermost and transcendental Work of Rational Culture “Universe in Disenchantment” could only come down to the world of matter after the printing machine had been invented by someone. And the chosen one, by Nature, to receive that gift which culminated in a making of inedited reach is called Johannes Gutenberg.

An inventor, engraver and graphic of the Holy Roman-Germanic Empire, he developed a mechanical system of mobile types starting the Press Revolution, at the time considered the most important invent of the Second Millennium, be it the Roman calendar millennium, or the Rational Calendar Millennium .

Gutenberg was an enthusiast of books, which at that time were manuscript by monks, students and scribes and usually took months to be assembled, thus reaching very high prices in the market.

The typography invented by Gutenberg with mobile types, were of cast led, more resistant and durable than the ones then made of wood, therefore reusable, permitting the production massification of books and other works, using functional presses and quick drying ink.

The first book printed by Gutenberg was the Bible, in a process that began in 1450 and ended five years later.

Only after that incomparable invention, peoples started to communicate more quickly and to transmit the knowledge to all corners of the world at a surprising speed for the time. In the course of the years, with the upgrading of the presses we finally came to 1935, when the Rational Phase arrived here replacing the thought and imagination phase then in force, governed by the electric and magnetic energies.

A few decades later, the Rational Ashram project in the district of Nova Iguaçu, a suburb of Rio de Janeiro, conceived by Lord Manoel Jacintho Coelho, was implemented by the students and collaborators of that time. In that acquired land, the Rational Print shop was erected and the first volume of the Work “Universe in Disenchantment” was printed, followed by the remaining Books totaling more than 1000 volumes that complemented this grandiose Literary Work.

Lord Manoel Jacintho Coelho was sent by GOD, the RATIONAL SUPERIOR, and designated by HIM to receive in a dictated form the Rational Scripture, and print it in the Rational Printing shop not only in Portuguese but in several other idioms.

Therefore, it was necessary to wait over 500 years for Brazil to be discovered and colonized by the Portuguese, and the New Phase to came to this Planet, for Gutenberg´s invent to be considered a Primordial Rational Instrument in the divulgence of the Rational Culture Books, initially in Brazil and later in the rest of the world.
